STEWARTHOST. PRESENTER. CREATOR.
A good place always
has a good story.
I’m Adam Stewart, a host, presenter and creator based in Scotland. I’ve worked in television and radio since 2017, taking me across some of the UK’s biggest events and red carpets, meeting extraordinary people and sharing their stories along the way.
My career has brought opportunities to work with some of the biggest publications, and I’ve been featured in Vogue twice. From live audiences to conversations on the red carpet, what I love most is connecting with people and bringing an experience to life.
Now, it’s time to bring all of that under one roof. This journal is a place to share my favourite places, favourite experiences and the things I think deserve a spot on your must-do list. Expect memorable hotels, restaurants worth returning to, travel diaries, new openings and the style and grooming discoveries that become part of everyday life.
I’m also the founder of Waves The Agency, a social media and PR agency working globally. That work has given me an appreciation for the people and ideas behind memorable experiences. Here, I’m sharing my personal perspective, with the details that make a visit, a stay or a discovery worth remembering.
I wanted somewhere to go beyond a photograph or a short caption. Somewhere to explain what made a hotel feel like home, what I would order again, or why an experience stayed with me long after I left. Whether you’re planning a special occasion or looking for something new, I hope these pages give you a little inspiration.
The details
you remember.
I love a beautiful room, but it’s often the welcome that stays with me. A greeting by name in a hotel corridor. A thoughtful note at turndown. A restaurant team whose warmth feels unmistakably Glaswegian.
History draws me in, too. A former bank given a new purpose, a dining room with a maritime past, or a suite whose architecture tells you something about the city outside. I want to know those stories and share them here.
There’s room for the grand occasion and the everyday discovery: a memorable suite, lunch with my best friend, a pair of trainers I keep reaching for. My starting point is always the same: what made this worth sharing?
Glasgow will always have a place in these pages. So will Edinburgh, London, Paris and wherever the next trip takes me. Think of this as a personal invitation to explore a little further.
